Making sure a compressor works properly is one of the driver’s priorities.
Compressed air is the basic principle of the braking system. The compressor supplies this in sufficient quantity and at the pressure required thanks to the work done by the piston.
The remanufacturing process of the air compressors is developed by Brake System with extreme care in all its phases.
Main phases of air compressor remanufacturing:
- Complete disassembly, washing and sandblasting of the part
- Piston oversizing

- Replacement of valve and gasket kit
- Checking rod tolerance
